The CONMEBOL Copa América Futsal Femenina 2025™ is about to begin. The ten CONMEBOL teams will compete for glory in Sorocaba.




How are the groups divided?


Group A consists of Brazil (reigning champion and host), Venezuela, Paraguay, Bolivia, and Ecuador. Meanwhile, Group B includes Argentina (runner-up of the last edition), Colombia, Uruguay, Chile, and Peru.




A Group Stage will be played, where each team will play four matches. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the Semifinals, while the teams finishing third to fifth will play an extra match in the Final Stage to determine the 5th to 10th places.




Who qualifies for the World Cup?


The top three teams of the tournament will secure a spot in the 2025 World Cup in the Philippines.




Who is the reigning champion?


Brazil won the last edition in 2023, defeating Argentina 2-0 in the final.

How is the tournament played?


Each team will play with five players on the court and up to nine substitutes.


Matches will consist of two 25-minute halves, with a 10-minute halftime.


Each victory awards 3 points, a draw 1 point, and a loss 0 points.




When and where will the CONMEBOL Copa América Futsal Femenina 2025™ take place?


The tournament will be held from March 22 to March 30 in Sorocaba, Brazil.
